Session CORE 2 discusses the basic components and application of some of the preprocessing pipelines most commonly used in the analysis of fMRI data.

Topics include realignment, susceptibility distortion correction, slice timing correction, outlier identification, coregistration, inter-subject normalization, smoothing, direct- and indirect- normalization procedures, and volume- and surface-level pipelines.

During this session, the raw functional and anatomical data of an example subject will be preprocessed in CONN and discussed.
