Session CORE 3 discusses the Setup step in the CONN toolbox, including different ways to import raw or partially preprocessed anatomical and functional data, importing Regions of Interest (ROIs), specifying conditions in task-or repeated measures designs, importing subject-specific temporal covariates, and defining all participant-level information in CONN.Â
