Session CORE 6 presents group-level analyses in CONN.

This session covers the mathematics of the General Linear Model (GLM) and the estimation of population-level properties from a sample, as well as the application of GLM to hypothesis testing and statistical inferences. The session includes practical examples and recommendations for the specification of between-subjects and between-conditions contrasts in some of the most commonly used group-level analyses, including two-sample and paired t-test, multiple regression analyses, ANOVA and MANOVA, repeated measures and mixed within- and between-subject designs, as well as the discussion of covariate control strategies, centering and covariate orthogonalization.
